COVID RESPONSE

In order to keep you safe our Tobacconists will be wearing gloves and masks at all times.We are initiating a rigorous cleaning program for our rolling tables, seats, equipment, tools and countertops throughout the day. We will be offering counter service as well as having our Tobacconists retrieve your smokes from the humidor. Our aim is to provide a great cigar experience with the service you love.

As part of our protocols, our Tobacconists and Rollers have been tested, and we will be conducting daily temperature checks with a no-touch infrared thermometer. Our staff is equipped with protective equipment including masks, gloves and sanitizer. We also have separate work stations for our Rollers to ensure their safety while making your favorite cigars.
